Siemens Synergizes UGS Corp

From the Dallas Business Journal Munich based Siemens (NYSE:SI) Europe's largest electronics and electrical engineering firm is buying UGS Corp. for an undisclosed amount. UGS currently employs about 7,200 people and is based in Plano, Texas.
